I contacted rhino trikes and he supplied me a diff for 50 quid he has the van version as well various others in a shed maybe worth contacting him..
i do remember you doing that Steve, its probably contacting the at some point

if hes triking a Vmax then 3.55 is fine, fitted with 17 or 18 " alloys to get tyre height to the same as the bike original rear tyre it will be ok, can even afford to go slightly smaller

Vmax final drive is 3.667

or is his username not a clue?  maybe I missed something and look a wally now LOL


aha just went back a few pages and read it all again

yes an XS750 will be a bit of a pain on that ratio

XS final is 2.909 so the 3.23 ratio would be better


yes the a stamp will be better

well set out to fetch vmax1200 xs 750 put in the post code and landed up at this huge stately home type place,and had to follow security miles across this estate to the bike......vmax1200 put his hair's and grace's on .....but i was ok course i tawk propper  Grin

Got bike back, few thing to be changed, the guy had planed to turn it in to a cafe racer engine sounds sweet not been on the road for 9 years

a couple of nice looking trikes will be around cannock next week then, may have to pop down on mine and catch up. i was told by my triker mate tony from telford (went out with him sunday)that you was as mad as they come. Wink

(not retro900 i found that out with the google map on retro900's birthday thread)tony is a nabd member lives in trench rides a silver framed reliant trike with purple tins. had the frame built by twizzle its got the tradmark arched tube under the solo seat area. ile get some pics when we got triking again,forgot me crappy camara last time Tongue

ordered some new wheels and tyres for the xv today chose the same ones i had on the last one they wont be hear till monday,so today fetched vmax1200 xs round from the garage to get started on that, vmax picked a pair of aloys and tyres up from the local scrap yard
