Made a start on fabricating a diff cover come light and numberplate panel,to give the rear end a bit better look, just a few more bits to add then need to prep with a bit of p38 and will be ready for paint, should then blend in with the frame.... brought some more mudguards off ebay they were described as being 8 1/2 wide witch would have been just right when they arrived they were 13 inch's wide so a little to wide unless i take some out the middle

not a big fan off muguards but do like them my self.... but it may mean quite a bit of work to make them fit and look right

What was wrong with the old mudguards?
cheers shafty,nothing wrong with the old ones just that i would need to get some more to fit on the xs project and make more brackets so if i have to do that i would rather up grade so to speak the ones on the virago and throw  the old ones on the xs for now
