Hi folks just got back from Egypt, took some manky stickers with me to put on the tombs, and take some photo's but it seams the police over there are quite keen, Smiley so after being shouted at by an angry guy with a gun, i decided not to spend my holiday locked up, so these are the only pics of mankys in Egypthttp://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa219/FLC_photo/egypt203.jpg

Well I think a couple of weeks in jail's a small price to pay for a bit of global advertising.  Grin

No, all i saw was loads of cg125 copys and toyota pic ups, the speed bumps on the main roads were like small hills, about 3foot high!
i was speaking to some locals telling them i build chops, "no understand", " why take a running vehicle to pieces?"  tried to educate them Smiley but where we stayed was on the edge of the desert so i suppose food and water were the main concerns, but some tunisian workers i spoke to had bikes back home, and kept saying " you have harley?" i think they need help Smiley i asked the rep about vehicle hire and he raised his eyebrows and said no, we dont recomend it, i wont even drive here, cars and taxis just stop without warning in the middle of the dual carrigeways! Was very happy to get back and fire my bike up Smiley

I went last year! Mahmiya (Paradise Island) is fantastic! Really good snorkelling Smiley What hotel were you in in Hurghada? We stayed in the Albatros resort. It's all Germans and Russians isn't it? Not an english resort at all.
That tomb is Hatshepsut's temple. Built for the female Pharoah Hatshepsut. Stunning. A really interesting place is Egypt. looks like you did what we did? A week in Luxor doing the temples, then a week on the red sea diving?

Maybe Brock's in with a chance of furthest travelled Monkey. In California a few weeks ago. If only he'd remembered to keep his thumb out of the lens.  Tongue
