Some nasty bending at the base of the top tube, (lots of creasing on the underside), but otherwise, very much like a forum build. As you say, wonder who built it.

think the top rail was altered ,,,pulled down at the headstock after the rear end was tacked up,,

It was i Lincolnshire only a few months back. Sold via E Bay and being broken by the new owner;)
