cheers andy, its been hard in more ways than one,, basicaly whats not done by late (very late)thursday night will be the property buyers responsability,,

well it went wrong  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes solictor missed one of the deadlines by 14 minutes ,
it finally got signed thursday just gone so were oif the property wednesday morning ,i,m up there now last minute rescuing bits n, pieces,
lathe go,s in the skip in the morning unless it gets left for the property,s new owner to deal with
