1960 Vauxhall Victor F Type For Sale. Great body !

Hello, I am ready to sell my Vauxhall Victor, I am never going to have the time to finish it as I hoped, what with my Lincoln still off the road and illness in my family, spare time is rare and is more important to me right now, so I will bid her a sad farewell.

She is a very solid car having undergone a body resto some 10 years ago ( I can provide detailed pics of that ) and having covered very few miles since and none in the last 10 years or so ago I think  . She runs nicely ( bit of oil smoke from manifold where joins exhaust and from the regulator ), clutch and gearbox function well ( though haven't been on road at speed as no MOT ) brakes are sorted on all 4 corners with new hoses on front BUT looks like Master Cylinder is on last legs as a brake of sorts is there when pumped but not solid. Solid floors etc ( unusual for a Victor ! ) and very straight but needs seats and interior fitted ( see pics ). 4 good tyres.

She isn't as good as she looks, don't be fooled ( there's honesty for you ! ) but for a Victor she is very straight and solid, needing light mechanicals to finish ( all lights etc work ) and cosmetics and some rechroming ................................. though the lengths someone goes to depends whether they want to show it or simply use it.

The original number plate has been valued at anywhere from £600 - £800 and will go with the car and if you so wished you could cash that in to finish the project ( I can include a spare gearbox also ). 

I also have a HUGE array of parts ( doors, gearboxes, front and back ends, carbs, heads, starter, interior parts, radiator, service parts, spare seats way too much to list ) for sale at an additional £300.
