Had an email from my brother Steve. Any chance you could make him a moving avatar of his race car, The Black Pig? Check the Motors, 4 wheels section or drag racing coverage in the Rally/Show Photos for suitable piccies. Maybe we can entice him to start posting here if he's got a flash new avatar!

I've had a butchers around, but I could only come up with the one still image from the header, so I've used that for this animation. It may look nothing, but there are 101 frames involved in it. If you want something different, you'll have to give me a few good quality pictures, or even better a clip of film saved in a "mpeg" format. To save the image below, right click on it and sellect "save as" from the drop down menu. Hey Ziggy!

Think he's after making it look like it's moving but I'll pass the message on. Pretty impressive stuff!

Idealy, I would like a clip of film in "mpeg" format, then the rest won't be a problem. The other way is to make an animated one from a still picture, but the quality won't be any where near as good
This is an example of a avatar I made from a "mpeg" film clip.

Sorry it's so small, but I had to considerably reduce it in order to get it within your upload limits.

That looks worryingly lifelike Vitamin! I'll email Steve & see if he's got any film clips. If not maybe we can take some this weekend. Thanks for that.
