Looks good , fairly easy to fab as well.
I like easy. Grin Comes from getting old I suppose.
Trying to work out if I should find an old rolling chassis or build from new,
An old chassis has obvious advantages but also imposes limits on what you can do.

8 points system due for revue and looks like will be out the window thanks to new EU rules on there way .New will make it bulletproof against anything.

Is that retrospective, or just from when it gets voted in (if it does)?

No law ( apart from screen washers ) has ever been retrospective in spite of what FBHVC say Sad  Going to be great fun making the system work .
1st vote was taken in Septmeber, been referred back to committee for some reconsideration . Expected to go for second reading and final reading around Feb 2014

I love speedster's but having the Hound means a hotrod T would suit my life style better... BUT if I was to build a speedster well....

T chassis is so basic that a copy would be so easy to do, reliant engine and back axle, pop or Y front axle, if you want a nice bit of history on the vehicle, Tuckett Brothers sell 1924 fire walls for around £40.... we also spotted the perfect grill/radiator in Holland for a small special...

Speedster with a mechanics seat instead ? You'd probably need a full harness for the hound Wink

Starting offering bits together on my minimalist build . Got everything I need I think ?  I saw a word mentioned on R&S that could define a whole new genre " Austerity " . Build it as cheaply as poss without compromising the vision? Sounds like a challenge and I love a challenge Smiley
