well my current problems (bones+joints) are telling me i,ve got problems   

so i,v been havin a think and if i,m going to continue with the duttons it may be wise to convert at leats one to auto ,
so i,ll be looking for an auto g.box from a cortina or capri or simaler complete with torque convertor and flex plate if possible ,,maybe even with engine
