we do not print on vinyl our software maps the image and then "cuts " out the relevant parts in the different coloured vinyls. however due to the fine black lines we would not be able to reproduce the required image in such a small overal size. very sorry. but just for you andy i will vector the image and enlarge it and send you a couple down. 12" wide

I was going to say I would buy some. I may know of someone who does vinyl printing of graphics and stickers. I will have a look.

That's very kind Mr Dracken. Thank you. I'll have a word with Bob the guy who prints our shirts tomorrow. He was putting sticky labels on some thermos bottles for an Army contract last time I was there. Presumably he printed the labels.

Right. Spoken to the guy who produces all our merchandise. He's taking delivery of a new printer in the next week or so that can print stickers up to 30" in diameter. External stickers -to put on your bike, crash helmet, toolbox, PC, forehead etc, plus internal ones to stick inside your ...car windows for example. He said our design would be a good one to practice on the new machine with -so what do we want? No idea of price yet. They're printed onto a large sheet & the computer cuts around them so they'll peel off in the oval logo shape. He can do various thicknesses too. He can also do embroidered oval patches, the same as are embroidered onto the pocket of the workshirts.

Okey doke. Think I'll probably order a couple of dozen internal & external ones & maybe a dozen embroidered patches for now & see how they go. Patches are the same size as on the workshirts -about 2 1/2 - 3" long as they embroider from the same computer file. Do we want stickers the same size or bigger?

O.k, having established there's a market for them then, I spoke again to Bob, the T shirt guy last night. He's knocked up a quick sample of the patch. It's taken from the computer image he uses to embroider the work shirts, so is exactly the same size -roughly 3" x 2". It doesn't have the website address on it because that's embroidered seperately on the shirts. Whadya think? They'll cost 3 quid each, but I'll have to check if they'll go as normal first class letter post. Can't see why not.
