Back to seriousness Roll Eyes.........I think SB has raised a good point...Ive also been thinking about the silencer choice. As usual with these things its experimental, but a pain if you get it wrong and have to change the box after allowing for clearances, bracketry etc for it.Im hoping the custom box I got from Manky wont be too loud!

Think i would go along with spanners with some stainless tube you can bend it to suit your needs, and there are that many universal baffle inserts and bits and bobs on the market to make up your own system at no great expense take a look at mijexhaust parts on ebay if you click the link this will take you to one of there items on ebay then click on (see other items) to see all there products they can suplie all you need to make a nice system up of your own and there very helpful but try to look through all there products it will give you some good ideas for making up your own system. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320502908018&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

if your after mandrel bends etc, then inmy experience its nigh on impossible to get better quality or value than from OJZengineering

they will do custom bends, and they also supply al tube sizes, so you can sleeve it all together, far easier to assemble and weld up

I used them to buy the parts for my system and service was top notch

the 180 degree bends are very very good, I cut them through the bend, then rotate one leg, this gives you a very tidy and tight up and over tube for maybe a frame tube, or the axle etc

the sizes are far more exhaust friends compared to that ebay place, and bend for bend, they are about £3 cheaper each one, soon adds up over 5 or 10 bends

the other thing with the OJZ bends is the legs are a good length,
