Kinda depends if you grew up with them (so remember the real ones) or not, only reason I say that is when you stand next to one, they're pretty big, and not 'light' (relativly)... not like the originals that you'd actually think about taking off road.

To me, this is more retro (and if its possible 'more Triumph', than the Street Scrambler)

saw what appeared to be exactly the same model even the same color,when i took the trike for mot it had just been mot and i think the thing that struck me about it was the position of the silences then when the guy fired it up sounded superb, what i would give to have that kind of sound

BSA (Birmingham Small Arms) had a similar streetbike from the same era called the Firebird.

The TR6C and Firebird are both 650cc twins. 650 was basically the biggest size machine available for the man-in-the -street. (The days of 750s didn't arrive until the very late part of the 60s with Honda's CB750 four, and 1000c motors for Joe Public remained a dream well into the 70's)
If you had the money, there were Vincents V twins, JAP V twins, and Ariel had the Square Four, Vincent and Ariel were both of 1000cc.

Love those bikes, love the retro style, just love everything about them. I especially liked the green one and I'm not a great fan of green meself lovely shade.
