It's the cold weather apparently, they were saying about this on TV the other day - your body has to use more energy to keep warm so it's difficult to spare enough for doing other stuff - it's a fact!

I cant be bothered when its like this, its not nice working on a cold metal object in frigid temperatures. Its for pleasure the hobby if you got no deadline to meet relax and wait for the weather to break, its supposed to be getting warmer this next week i was told today.  Cool

got sent this a while ago,

"Hi Chris and anyone else who may be looking,propshaft now done do you have any P clips for brake pipe across rear axel if not i can make some also need some for front to rear pipe and fuel line,if you are coming sat could you bring some petrol for test drive or you can come one day during the week if ya want."

I've got a deadline to get my truck finished & it's coming up pretty fast. So I've got no choice but to put in a couple of hours on it every day.
Definitely takes a lot of the fun out of it when it starts feeling like a second job, but if I don't do it now, I won't be driving it for the Summer.
Spanners, I'm wearing the boiler suit you gave me last year every day now. Layers are the key -lots of layers of clothing to trap warm air & insulate you from the cold -or just work on your vehicles in the Summer.

first drive will be a nervous one as we've not got brakes yet(only hand brake!!!)
need to turn it round in pats yard to get up the garden to spray booth(big gazebo!!!)

been told tonight that all oils have been filled, so not much underneath to do!!!

think i've got me mojo back!!!!

think its going to be put back together as is and mot'ed.
pat and his wife are having to move house due to goverment reforms, so no time for respray.
as you can guess things are rather stressed there end.
i won't comment any further as it will turn into a political rant.
