erm....................forgot the pics, behaved itself, still not right but 99% better.
i must set the caster angle though!!!! still no bump steer or anything which puts you of driving.

so a rack mounted onto the beam with sliding joint on column works a treat.

well the jigsaw did'nt come out but grinder and mr welder did, arch cut on outer skin, inner skin then cut leaving 12mm of steel which was then sliced and hammered upwards then welded to outer skin. then a 4mm rod was bent and welded to outer skin. a skim of filler around, then sand an coat of redoxide. still to do other side.
