Yodie's just posted this on another forum. Science fiction really is becoming science fact isn't it. Pretty cool. I still wouldn't know how to use it though. Bet Yodie's already ordered one.

Already in common usage apparently. Costs 70 - 90 quid. Creates a useable keyboard on any flat surface. How cool is that! No better than any other keyboard but very 21st -err, 22nd century.
Yodie's already got infra red thumb print recognition on his system to log in securely to his media empire so I'm sure this is already on his shopping list.
Bring back the Spinning Jenny I say.

I was wondering how it works? And surely as you touch the "keyboard" you interrupt the lightbeam making half the keys disappear?
