Amazing change from when I saw it yesterday.
Well done to all involved. Especially Loony and Nick who have spent so much time sorting the body.

Did you pick up your MMMotors T shirt Dave?
VWs in general just don't do anything for me at all, but the "Volksrod" style divides opinion more than most -you either love 'em or hate 'em.

Sure did. Thanks Andy. I will pop round with the dosh.
Didn't want it left in the workshop while Loony was throwing paint about  Grin
Know what you mean about the VW & Volksrods scene, not for me but I can appreciate the engineering and time that goes into some of them, and this one has had a lot of time thats for sure.

Chris, ("Forgotten" here on the forum)'s Rover V8 engined, split screen Moggy Minor saloon.
Chris is making new sills from scratch for this at the moment -a long & tedious task. Today he hung 2 of the doors in place to check everything still fits. It do.

Tom's hardtailed XS650 Yamaha. This has been on the back burner for a long time, but finally given a fresh coat of looking at this week.
Tom's been de-lugging the yokes & making a few brackets, while Mr Loon's finished the hardtail he started a while ago. He's made an interesting "I beam" section for the base of the rear engine cradle tube. They plan to make several more in the same style for the frame, including the brace under the headstock. I like it.

Chris's Moggy again, next to my Pop. Bootlid & front wing sat in place to check the fit -& just to see how it all sits.
I like the slightly 70s stance. He's toying with the idea of fitting marginally wider rear tyres, which would also be a little taller & fill the arches more. Looking good.
