260 quid, (just the cab). Nice.

"The project owes me about the same as the national debt, so I hope it will sell for more than I could possibly spend in a lunch time down the pub".   Cheesy

This is now up to a thousand & twenty one quid -just for the cab, with two days left to go on the auction. It's very nicely done, but that's a lot of pennies. I thought it was a converted Ford Popular saloon body & couldn't understand why it looked so short. It's actually based on a Fordson van -basically the van version of a Pop, but the doors are about ten inches shorter. Knowing how we've struggled to find room for all the components in my own Pop based pick-up cab, it must be pretty ...snug, in there. Sorta tall & narrow -like standing in a phone box. Like it though.

True. After all the work that's gone into mine, I really hope it's driveable in modern traffic.
