We had a rusty Traveller and instead of repairing that got from Ebay a project with all the welding done
and new wood, We after a dry fit noticed the B piller was 1" to short the shackle mounts 2" wrong the whole lot
was a mess, so we fixed it over a period of time and got it ok then paint stripped it and gave it to Franz of the Basingstoke
Guzzlers to do his magic on, he removed the gutters fabricated new parts then stiched it all back together.
Now its all painted and the roof and visor have been done with rainbow metal flake.
The running gear is all refurbished and lots of parts powder coated ( thanks Ian @ Wyliez )
It has got lots of additional chrome etc and wide steel wheels and is going together at the moment.

I really like that Cobalt Blue,how much for tank, front mudguard and two rear ones just to give an ideal on cost for paint

Major set back last night the newly blasted and powder coated axle has got holes around where the u bolts go.
I can only assume mud and crud over the years have distroyed it. 
Plan B strip/check a spare axle and see if we can use that!

Standard Moggy Minor engine & axle?

Yep
Standard engine and box at the moment,
But fitting telescopic shocks, anti roll bar, fat tyres so should drive better
I will consider a Zetec conversion but not for this year ( winter project )
We already have a Mega Squirt engine managment CPU made and ready to try
on a mule engine. if this works i will collect the parts for the conversion.

Got some extra welding done by Ian@Wyliez around the spring hanger should have been a 2"x6" patch
turned out we needed to add 12"x18" patch then stone chipped all the underside and inside.
Got lots of parts all built up ready for bolting on but keep getting let down by suppliers short shipping
parts ( and not telling you ) 
The fuel tank got a good clean and paint only to find pin holes in 1 corner so now trying to source
a large capacity tank but there all out of stock world wide when i need one !
Wheels day is still the target but is looking imposible the way things are going and i have no time
to work on the Capatain Marvel Giling bus i got that i also wont at wheels day!

Know how you feel mate. I was hoping to trailer my own project there to cruise the showground in, but doubt it'll happen. Got a guy on my delivery restoring a Moggy saloon. Every Saturday morning he's in his garage as I walk past delivering the mail & we have a chat about it. Restoring any vehicle is definitely a labour of love.

Yesterday we dropped the custom made bench seat off to Julie @ Royal Kustoms for her to cover.
The good stuff is starting now fitting all the new and reconditioned parts build up photos to follow

Yes please. I've owned 3 Moggy Minors & my ex wife now has one. Always interesting to watch someone else's project come together.
