V6 Ford Pop. If I'm right, (no guarantee of that), this is recently rebuilt after a major prang.

We eventually said our Goodbyes & ambled off homeward around lunchtime.
A very pleasant way to spend a chilly January morning. Again, many thanks to Pat & Derek for their unfailing hospitality. I know it's what they do for a living, but they really do it well.
Although their catering business takes up much of their time, Derek's also a very talented engine builder & plans to drag race Pat's red Mustang soon, hopefully building up a name for himself in the racing fraternity -he'll be the very man to rebuild Taz's Charger engine then.  Grin He can use his expertise for building catering units to build race transporters too.
Del & some of the SSR guys will be paying Loony & I a visit at Loony's workshop in Basingstoke in February, to give us a hand to get my truck running. They're also keen to join us on our annual pilgrimage to MonkeyWorld in April, so we'll be seeing them all again soon.
Thanks for the breakfast guys.  Wink

Dave & Keith now travel everywhere in monochrome. I know that road's got a 30 limit guys, but it doesn't mean 1930.

If you're wondering what the hell he's talking about, Dave & Keith had to make an impromptu loo stop on the way home -something about too much coffee & being shaken about in an 80 year old jalopy apparently. The Hogsback is a well known local road & the trucker's layby they chose to stop in is a notorious gay sex site -so I'm told. Seconds after they pulled in, a Police car arrived & the driver disappeared into the same woods as Dave & Keith -presumably brandishing his truncheon at them. Loony & I made our excuses & left.
