One-off hand-made GRP body built by John Dodd and powered by a 27 litre Merlin Engine (not 35 litre.....that's getting silly). Nothing to do with a Capri (bloody nice cars). He was sued by Rolls Royce over the grille and badge. There was a feature on it on Top Gear a few years ago, and they road-tested it. It was destroyed in a fire and rebuilt using a Rolls Royce Meteor engine (tank version). His son Paul now runs it (I think). I'm afraid I also had one of those engines, Manky. A brand new one still in the box. Have a look in the "Cars" section of my site. There's also a picture of my jet engine. www.chrisireland.co.uk  ......another fabulous Yoda site!

Aye, we're all just puppets in Yodie's multi media theatre Chris!
Where the hell does one buy a new tank engine still in the box?! Did it fall off the back of a Chinook? No, don't tell me. I can't afford one!

You can laugh, oh Manky cake eater, but here's a quiz for you. A serious one.
(A) Guess how much I paid for the BRAND NEW Rolls Royce 27 litre V12, with all ancilliaries, still in the box, and including shipping. (B) The DeHavilland Ghost, on a testbed and ready to fire up, delivered to my door (that engine is 12ft long).
