Just got off the phone with VOSA. It appears they no longer do a hard copy of the MSVA manual but the good news is its on line and the even better news is its free

Hunter i think you might be looking at the guide not the manual
The manual is 207 pages but a quick scan through and hardly any will apply to most trikes
I think anyway  Cheesy
