The  upper frame tubes on this frame are time consuming to notch to get a perfect fit against the harley size headstock prior to bronze welding. Untill Paul, A product of Rolls Royce training. came up with this idea. the standard roller on this belt sander is the same diameter as the harley headstocks used. so some adaption, machining and fettling. The result being that the sander takes the place of the headstock on the jig and the tubes are notched perfectly, at present the belts are to fine a grit which resulted in this piece being overcooked a tad.
