Something more manly.....Grrrrrr! Got this finished today (well the artwork!), and ready for my clearcoater to work his magic on it with the clear!! Unfortunately the customer wanted some of the original artwork left on, so had to work the rest around it! Also, the board was too big to paint the predator at the bottom in the shed, so had to turn it upside down and paint it up the wrong way!! Amazing! I started doing some painting (pictures) years ago but pretty much gave up cos although I could paint a picture that looked recognisably like what I was painting - it just wasn't art!

Stick to what you enjoy Bobbi! And you definitely have the 'knack' for that photography lark!!! All finished and picked up from the clearcoater who did a great job on the clearcoat as always!!!  To hi-jack your thread for a minute Clive, just as a quick reply to a couple of guys who've asked me recently, I'm still a biker/triker too -just happen to be building a hotrod at the moment. I'd like to think the factions are split fairly equally here & that maybe each inspires & helps the other. Hope so anyway.

Thanks Andy! Should look great once cleared, the rust should hopefully show through more!! Got another portrait board on the go at the moment, then two more, more 'custom' ones!! And hopefully some bike bits coming in in the new year, so please continue to watch this space!!!!! Clive |
