the brakes on me trike were working this morning and now i cant get anything ,the cylinder is brand new and it wont blled up.what could the problem be please.

If you`re not getting any pressure at all then it can only be the master cylinder or a serious leak somewhere. Check to see if there are bubbles coming up into the reservoir when you press on the pedal, if there are then the seal in the master cylinder is more than likely to be the problem.
