Aah, thank you TB. I've been meaning to check the details of this one for weeks now. It always clashes with Taz being away for the weekend at one of her horse carriage driving events. So I always end up there on me own. A really nice, traditional country/steam show. See you there?

I won't be going there but I'm at a forum meet at Pewsey on the Friday and going up to Yoda's forum meet at Stow on the sat so that's on my route - think I better find a way round, don't want to be caught in a traffic jam!

Normally i would be working this weekend ( i do every other at the moment), but with more changes due very very soon, i just dont know!
Been told we have to have another fella added to our small team, and he will start as soon as they find someone. This means my hours will be drastically reduced, (i`ve already lost 5 hours a week) and so will my money. On the good side, i`ll have more time but the bad side is less money. This has been dragging on for weeks now and really hasn`t helped with my motorvation for anything and i`m struggling to move forward until its sorted and i know were i stand.

I know just how you feel - they keep messing us about at work, appointed a temporary supervisor who was the first one we'd had for years who seemed to know what he was doing but when he applied for the permanent job they gave it to someone with no supervisory experience who knows nothing about our office or what we do.

And we've been through a long process of voting on different shift patterns, finally got it sorted and due to start on 1 August, now the management have decided they don't like it so we don't know what the hell we are doing again.  We've had about 4 changes of pattern in the last year, it's impossible to plan anything as we never know which days we are free.

I made up my mind I was going to look for another job but all the ones I have seen are about half the money and while money isn't as important as health and peace of mind, if you haven't got enough that creates another whole set of problems - so here I am not knowing what to do again.

If I get organised enough, I'll probably be there tomorrow. One of my favourite "country" shows. Always has a friendly, welcoming atmospere & a lot more there to see than you first realise.

I had to work all day today so have to choose between the 2 tomorrow. A shame they clash this time. Several other Monkeys going to the Windmill pub's Hotrods & Choppers show, so hopefully someone will get some pics for us.   Wink
