Very clever! I took this photo of scooby cos I walked in the room and found him sitting on the bed like this? It was a real Gary Larrson moment. Ran down stairs and grabbed the camera and he was still sitting there. All that is missing is a news paper and a ciggie.

Is it me or are cats all completely loopy?! I love dogs, although not in my professional capacity as a Postie -not funny when they're trying to rip your fingers off through the letterbox, but cats just seem to have so much more attitude.

Yeah i know what you mean. Cats are full of attitude. Kato refuses to use the catflap into he rear garden and has resorted to ambushing me at the front door to get into the front garden. Then, and this gives me the hump,,,,,,,,, he waits till about half an hour after i have gone to sleep then stands on the front doorstep and howls his head off till I come down and let him in. He will go round the back and use the catflap if no one is in. But they are always great fun to have around. I have a fab video clip of cats going bonkers. If anyone wants a copy pm me with your email address.

When I'm working at home I have the back door open so the Groovekittens and Jack TCWCTS can wander in and out at their leisure. Yet half a dozen times in the last week I've walked into the front room and found Frank James (very handsome but not the sharpest tool in the box) sitting on the window sill yowling to come in. He can see the open back door from there! I have to go out, and round the front of the house to collect him - and each time he looks surprised at how I've suddenly managed to appear on his side of the glass...

They're just attention-seekers.
When I'm in the garden Harley keeps appearing on windowsills (outside) and mewing for someone to get her down!

You're right they do just seek attention. It's just are more direct than others.
Scooby seeks attention by either laying on the floor with his legs in the air or by the strange OCD type behaviour of going around opening all the cupboard doors and drawers especially during the we small hours.

Our part time cat just comes in to sleep or be stroked! His name is Bailey. Dunno why, the people who own him named him!
