Aah! Didn't recognise it with it's clothes on!
Like the air filter -what's a level sensor?
And how's your rather lovely number plate/bumper bar thingy attached to the axle?

hi again MM a level sensor is in basic terms a peice of pipe that hangs down the side of some rather deep tanks and filters we have in work  in pairs usually but can be more depends on how many levels you need to detect these are connected electricaly and when one comes out of the water due to dropping levels it breaks the circuit but modern technology is now replacing this type of thing using ultrasonics so hopefully some more covers may come up for grabs ive put the word about among the fitters and they said theyl give me shout also may i be so bold as to scrounge a copy of that reliant manual cd pretty please Undecided

No problem matey. PM me your postal address & I'll bung it in the post.
Keep thinking about a fuel gauge for the Pop tank. Maybe an old fashioned sight glass tube down the side.
Have you added a small locating tab to each axle clamp, bolted to corresponding tabs on the axle, to stop it turning in the clamps?
