Brooklands - Relived - motorcycle event - Sun 13th Sept

Brooklands, near Weybridge in Surrey has its annual "Brooklands Relived" on Sun 13th Sept, so if you like your bikes to be old, have bags of character and maybe a little incontinent, (mmmm - starting to sound like me!!) it could well be worth a visit.

The museum also houses cars, bicycles and aircraft for ones perusal, plus there's the track to clamber about on - the first purpose built racetrack in the world.

brooklands ain't that far from me but i'll be elsewhere on sunday. i gather they do late night ghost tours when the clocks go back so might well pop along to that. my first job when i left school was at bac brooklands.
