I met up with Roy Pitter at Winchester Harley Day and he told me he has had a job to find a date that doesn't clash with other events but hopes the Sunday the 13th of September will draw a good crowd of Rodders and Bikers to the Windmill.  Roy advertised this event on the Windmill site for the 6th but this has now been changed to the 13th so disregard the date on the Windmill site.

There's a breakfast rod meet at the Frankie & Benny's restaurant in Bracknell on the 13th & I know the guys are running from there to the Windmill.

Hotrods & Choppers are a local company, turning out some fine West Coast style chops & very cool pick up trucks. They hold a free show twice a year at the Windmill pub in the village of Four Marks, near Alton, Hants. A pretty even mix of rods & bikes, with a few Angels in attendance, plus National Chopper Club & HOG members & the boys from Attitude Customs in Southampton on their gorgeous Harley Chops. Some familiar faces, a few of the regular local cars, but plenty of fresh stuff too. Pub meals, a hog roast, a 4 piece band playing in the beer garden -& sunshine.
A perfect mix.  Cool

Keith's '40 Ford sedan. Full write up in the Motors, 4 wheels section of the main site.
Mrs Keith is expecting their child but was overdue so he'd taken the opportunity to nip out for the afternoon
-I'm sure you'll be reminded of that decision in years to come mate!

Over enthusiastic exit by this tuned up Mustang owner saw him very nearly stuff it into a traffic island 100 yards up the road. Oops.

Yeah, it was photographed by them the week before the Street Rod Nationals. Apparently there's only something like 40 of these left in the country now. This one's a pretty sympathetic build but at what point do you decide they're too rare to cut up?
