My mate lives in Ballantrae, South Ayrshire.  about 30 mins from Stranraer.  It was bloody freezing today but the kids enjoyed it. 
I definitely enjoyed it not been on a bike or trike for five years since had accident.  Grin  Grin

Mrs T and i spent a week in the highlands a few years ago, based in strathconnon glen but toured all round the highlands, beautiful country and teriffic people.

there is some beautiful scenery up in the highlands my brother stays on the isle of mull we had a lovely day out  and it was brilliant seeing my mate hadnt seen him for about 20 years hell of a nice guy  Smiley

Trikes are interesting. What's going on with the back axles on the CXs? Are they standard car axles skinned in sheet metal? Very unusual. Yup, would love to feature them on the site, maybe as a pair. Certainly some nice scenery there as a backdrop for the pics. Nip back & get some more photos & details mate!  Grin

the 2 cx have reliant back axles not sure about the covers on them will find out more and get more pics i was to busy enjoying myself sorry ha ha   he is also selling the rd 250 and kawa 750 oh meant to say the guy that built the 2 cx had passed away my mate bought them from his estate over in ireland only reason he is selling is to make space for new projects hopefully will now be moving my project  to his as he has a fully equipped garage and we will also be workin on a new cx project as well as my own also nobody to bother me at his as he stays in the middle of nowhere and i definetly will get more pics inc scenery and i have told him about mmm and all you guys and girls and i also found out yesterday he is also a nabd member  Smiley

Sounds like all you need to make some rapid progress on your trike then Steve. Having someone to bounce ideas off & share the spannering makes a big difference when the enthusiasm starts to flag. Looking forward to watching your build progress.

yeah cheers mate wont be able to move trike to his until he can clear a space but will carry on just cleaning things up and gettin whatever odd jobs done so i will still be gettin stuck in  ps hope your feelin better  Smiley

hi everyone just to let you s know my trike build is being moved to mates in a fortnight so cant wait to get some serious work done and the lucky so so is of to a rally called snakebite in ireland cant wait until i can go to rallys Grin
