Aero Auto Jumble including Those Magnificent Men & Our Flying Machines
off the B374, just a few minutes from Junction 10 of the M25 and the A3 London to Portsmouth trunk road. Leave the A3 at the Painshill junction (A245) and follow the brown ‘Brooklands Museum’ signs.
The only Jumble in the UK that combines Car, Motorcycle and Aero, with around a hundred assorted stalls, together with open cockpits, engine runs and Meet the Pilots.
8.00 Aero Auto Jumble open for Early Birds - tickets £15 for adults, £5 for children (parking in The Heights off Wellington Way, but please note that until 9am, Wellington Way may only be accessed from Brooklands Road, the B374)
10.00 Museum open - usual admission prices
10.30-12.30 Meet the Pilots beside the Hunter, Wellington, Vanguard and Harrier aircraft
11.00-13.00 Hawker Hurricane Workshop tours
11.30-11.45 Napier Railton static engine run outside the Campbell/ ERA Sheds
12.15-12.45 Aero-engine running demos: Bleriot, Santos-Dumont Demoiselle, Kronfield Drone & Sopwith Camel on grass behind Concorde
14.00-16.30 Workshop tours and Meet the Pilots sessions continue
