Mr T I hate to "nit-pick" but the diff. is actually 1.6mm, around a sixteenth of an inch,100mm to 4" PCD, and whilst I have already agreed that you can get away with this on a 'countersunk' style of wheel nut location, if you are using tube nuts.......Rod, I have redrilled quite a few ex-Ford fittment wheels to suit the Reliant PCD, and there is usually sufficient 'meat' to do so, but I also normally use drilling jig, Morrag

You`ll get no more arguments from me. I`m only a bloke with a shed and a spanner, others here are far more qualified to comment on such topics, if i had a sense of humour i`d restrict my forthcoming posts to humourous comments only.

No offence taken and certainly no apologies neccassary. You have answered the query correctly while i have attempted to voice the opinion of the unqualified shed builder.
Different views are what make forums interesting and dare i say exciting places to be, without people like ourselves who are willing to air their opinions it would be very quiet around here.

Meanwhile ....back on track
What Ive decided to do ,is buy some Nova discs ,and use them as a template to re drill the hubs. Coupled with a pair (aint found any yet) of 4x100's this will at least allow me to set the axle height to build the frame. Thanks everbody for your wise words of wisdom . Without the various views on these engineering probs no one would be able to make a decision! There is a fantastic array of grass roots problem solvers on here!
