Hi Renegade. Welcome to the site. Thanks for that. We'll add it to the events calendar at the top of this page. Have you got an online flier or a website for the show?

Spent an hour or so at the Brooklands autojumble this lunchtime, then as Taz was working & I was allowed out to play on my own, I decided to nip across town, (the village of Londinium), to Uxbridge for the rest of the afternoon. Didn't arrive till about 2.30, by which time a lot of the exhibitors were already packing up, so hopefully Mr Renegade managed to get more piccies than me. Didn't seem quite as big as previous years, but as I said, a lot were already packing their stands away by the time I arrived, the threat of rain on the horizon probably hastening their departure. Some lovely machinery around though. Over to you Renegade. http://mankymonkeymotors.co.uk/Photos/uxbridge19.7.09manky/

got some 500 for yer including quite a few of the mk1 pro mod zephyr and the mk1 cortina with the nissan twin cam lump in it. got a short video of the fire tender wheelie truck. short coz ran out of space on the memory card. there's some pics of me being given an award by the triumph club i'm in for services to the club. thats me with the hat on in front of me car. not sure about the attaching of pics to these messages. it did seem smaller this year, seemed to be more 'modern' cars there this year. not into the subaru mitzy etc. yep they did seem to go earlier than usual this year, might have been due to the crap weather today.

Nice hat Didn't see any of those motors, so look forward to your disc of pics. Can't use film clips on the site cos they take up too much memory but pics are always welcome. I'm sure it used to be the Uxbridge vintage show or classic show or something. Maybe auto show brings in more punters? Without being too rascist, (honest), there seemed to be hordes of 3rd generation Asian teenagers in baseball caps & chunky jewellry admiring the thumpy thumpy stereos & stretch limos. I do enjoy the variety of these big shows though.

i'll take a butchers at the old plaques from uxbridge and see what they have on them the asains on the stand next to us didn't have any music playing. the lot behind us did a couple of times. i think it might be a good idea if they split the stands so the classic and custom etc are in one section and the modern stuff and the boom boom euro boxes in another section. the auto jumble side of things seem smaller, speaking of auto jumble you got a pic of mike buying summat. i told him and he said fame at last, also of all the people there you copped him on camera. you don't mind me sending in loads then gawd knows how many i'll take at the hayride. might see about a couple of more memory cards i think. and charge up the batteries for the cam corder that i still aint got the knack off

HHMMM that pic of the bloke by the red pick up looks very very similar to a bloke that owes me £1500 from Kent!!!....not seen him for about 8 years but that face looks about right....wish I had gone to that show now and had the chance to bump into them just incase lol..................one of the reasons I dont tend to do any work on other peoples motors unless they give me a good wedge up front first.....but I was young and stupid back then...ok ok not that young!...Voodoo.......
