I thought this was Photoshopped when I first saw it, but apparently it's genuine. A McClaren Mercedes built entirely in white gold.
More money than taste or the ultimate prestige car? Imagine bumping that in the local supermarket carpark.

Gold is pretty soft as a metal.
More likely gold plated. Can't see the welder turning up with a load of gold welding rods!
Joking aside. Money to some people is NO object.
Personally, I don't object to money, at all.

I was kicking around the idea of powdercoating the new build with an Aerocoat CHROME OR METALLIC, SAY BRASS...ALL OVER.

Always liked the old Brough Superiors.
Get the right shapes (as the Merc) and it's the mutt's nutz.
