Haven't got a clue mate! I've got my own site but have to rely on Yoda to run it for me. I daren't press any buttons myself in case I delete the lot!

here are ones similar to site

save them to your computer
and when someone links to your site give them the banner as well
you just turn the image into a link instead of of a text link
