Hi Andy,

Missed you loads, hugs are on their way!!!

Lots have been happening since I last saw you/spoke to you.  Yes I taped the whole entourage on Sunday, gutted I couldn't be part of it, first time I've missed it in 5/6 years.  I was babysitting my nephew (and Jacko! hee hee).

You know me and modern technology - well we don't get on really.  I've managed to download the piccies from my digital camera onto the computer but do you think I can change the file type so people can open the damn things.  And as for the recording of the toy run on Sunday - just don't ask!!!  I've managed to rewind the tape - such joy!!!  but do you think I can play it back on the telly - erm, that topic is not up for discussion.  Oh take me back to the '50s.

Sorry I haven't been in touch recently.  Dave and I have just moved into our first home together.  Its a 1930s 3 bed semi, there is room for my bike - oh yes.  The house still has some of its original features - internal doors, fireplace (blocked up), creaky floorboards, the echoes of some ghost snoring at night!!!  (well its not me and Dave swears its not him).  If at any time you fancy going for a bike ride but not sure where to go - then you must pop round for a cuppa and a natta.

I could chat for hours ... until next time my friend.  Jane.

ps:  I want 2 t-shirts please, in white preferably.  Will they be ready for xmas???

Hello you!
Thought you'd abandoned us. Smiley Was good to glimpse you all at the side of the road as we sailed past on Sunday. I tried to stop & chat but there were 2,999 other bikes behind me so was a little awkward! Give Jacko a kiss on the nose from me when you next see him. Did he see his photo in BSH? They ran a 2 page feature by Yours Truly on the Triumph Owners' show at Tadley in issue 259. Still got the 125? Or moved up to something a little bigger?
I'm impressed with the house news. Prices are absolutely ridiculous over here. I took out the biggest mortgage I could on a single Postie's wage & could only afford a cardboard box sized studio flat. Will never be able to afford anything bigger. So I'll be over for a mooch around your palace sometime!
Glad I'm not the only technophobe here. I own the site but haven't got a bloomin' clue how to run it! Took a hundred or so piccies on the toy run but have to wait for the lovely Yoda to post them for me. He hides in the shadows & runs the site -I'm just the pretty public face of MMMotors. Talking of 50s stuff, did you know I'm collecting parts together for a classic hotrod? A satin black, (maybe), '27 Ford track T. Big, tall whitewall truck tyres, big ol' truck steering wheel, no roof, no doors, Rover V8 engine. I'll take you for a spin when it's done!
Glad you still want some shirts -seeing as they were your suggestion in the first place! The samples for two of the three designs are done & ready to roll, just waiting on the third one now. There should be a thread here somewhere that shows them. I managed to set fire to my laptop recently, (I'm as techy cack-handed as you, believe me!), & lost all my files. Borgy's retrieved them for me but they need sorting & collating again. I'll post a shot of the shirts as soon as I can find one, but basically there's three choices:
Tan T shirt, (Army desert sand colour -very retro), with black outline print of the oval MMMotors logo from the homepage. 6 quid.
Black T shirt with the full colour red & cream oval logo. 10 quid.
Or ultra cool button up short sleeved work shirts, (think 50s bowling shirts), in black with the red/cream logo & site address embroidered on the pocket & Manky Monkey Motors in red across the back. 20 quid.
I'll do my very best to badger the printer into getting them sorted in time for Christmas. Just waiting on the black T shirts so the others can be done now I guess. What sizes do you need?

Just found this message - doh!.  Yes I'll have a black t-shirt, small in size for me and 2 large work shirts please.  Let me have a mailing address to send to and I'll post you the pennies.  Or perhaps try and meet up sometime.  My bike is in hibernation at the parents at the moment because of the foul weather we've had and because of our move.  I'm itching to get the "Boopster" back, I miss it badly.

Until next time ... Janie
