Nice shot Pete -would be nice photo shopped onto a piccie of a desert highway stretching off into the distance. Just one thing though -that's not you! Do you have some kinda black magic vampire reflection vibe going on -or were you sat on the back of someone else's bike?  Huh

Aaah the Daisy Chain!

Did it on my baby bike then on the GT, but I never got to go on the last one, I'm gutted I've not had a chance to do it since the bike became a trike.  Was never much fun as a ride, too slow and too much like hard work, all that stopping and starting - but what an event to be part of!

Specially when you go across the open forest, bikes as far as you can see ahead, turn round and look behind and there's bikes as far as you can see behind as well!

The Daisy Chain is sadly no more. I never did it cos it always clashed with other events but I've seen video footage of it. Looked a good 'un. You coming up to Reading for the CMA toy run on the 4th Bobbi? 2000 bikes last year.

Very much doubt it - too far, too cold!  180 mile round trip....

 Sad

That was another good thing about the Daisy Chain - it was in May!

It always clashed with either Bike Show South West at Shepton Mallet, or the BMF show, so I never got to go on it. Triker Pete always speaks well of it though.
