came up with this this afternoon so I thought I would share it...
take a piece of scaffold pipe and a clamp/joiner
metal bending on the cheap
slit with 1mm disc and a steady hand, then cut the clamp in half
metal bending on the cheap
fix in vice
metal bending on the cheap
bend up sheet metal, limited by your imagination
metal bending on the cheap
different lengths can be clamped by sliding the clamps along and tightening, together with gripping in the vice.
Longer lenghts of higher degree bends, you grip one end of the tube in the vice horizontally or vertically and wrap the metal around the pipe.
Different diameter pipes can be used as required and I suppose exhaust clamps or jubilee clips might do for smaller bore pipes
