My brother Steve's been trying to reduce this piccie to post it here for ages now, so being the computer genius that I am, I thought I'd do it for him. I think this is a cracking shot & should be heading the piece on the car in the Motors section -but I'm just the site owner. My opinion means nothing around here!
This is Steve's 600bhp small block Chevy competition altered nostalgia drag car, "the Black Pig".

looks like some bad oil leak under that motor Smiley the cars looking good now, still cant find the old pictures of it though andy!

Really? Yodie's been muttering about fitting nitrous to his new trike next year. Not sure about Steve's car. I think he planned to run on alcohol at some point but he's now looking to build himself a complete new car instead. He's racing at Avon Park again this weekend, so I might go along & cheer him on. I keep asking him to write us a race diary for the site. The season finishes soon though so hopefully he'll pen us a review of the year -hint, hint.

Steve races with The Wild Bunch. Check the links page for their site & also a link to Eurodragster who cover most of the British meets.

You building to race Ron or for road use?
I picked up an unused Pop Brown's  '27 T body & rad shell, plus a brand new 5 core rad & basic box section chassis at the Nostalgia Nats last year for 275 quid. It's sat in Steve's workshop, along with a 4 litre staright 6 Jag motor & box, waiting for me to come up with the parts to get it rolling. Soon Steve I promise!

Nice picture, agree with the comment on side steps, but not always possible, also the tighter crop does'nt work for me, loses impact.
