Right...the tube is 47.6 as i posted earlier in this thread i for some reason was reading the vernies wrong so Tim's formers wernt big enough, so we headed back up to my place. The former i used and thought was to tight is actually ok!!! "my inexperience again" so Tim set about on some test pieces with some Good results, none of these bends were aiming for the 90deg's i was thinking of but more like the suggestions that have already been made here by other manky members . so i cant really get the frame to look like a manky frame due to the tube thickness, so i'll just have to cover it in manky stickers instead Tim drew up a sketch for which we'll use as a basis for making the frame" pic below" I need to buy some more tube and some box and Tim is sorting out anew headstock for me as current one is to sml in dia. I dont know if any of you know Tim aka Blackjack, personally i speak as i find and he's been an Angel of light and hope for me so i hope i dont offend anyone by singing his praises

Does he walk with a stick? I think he came over to our stand for a chat at the Shepton Mallet bike show a couple of years ago. If it's the same guy he seemed sound enough to me & certainly knew what he was talking about as far as trike building goes. The design looks great VB. Can't wait to see it in the metal.

He probably thinks more of you for not trying to be a know-it-all mate. Can't see the point of worrying about your image. I'm quite happy to admit I know nuffink & to learn from those that do know.
