Sometimes I have to manually authorise new accounts, but usually they just seem to go straight through. Bobbi's right -I know nuffink! I own the site & provide most of the material but the magnificent Mr Yoda handles the techy stuff on my behalf.

sometimes spam assasin takes a dislike to forum activation requests
so if your server runs spam assasin then this may be the likely cause
