yes I did get  a quote from them. They go through bikesure which I got for £230 but I have to get a anchor point in my lock-up to get that price

Our local guys all use Adrian Flux. I think they pay something like 140 quid fully comp'. Ska Man even got 4 year's no claims discount as an introductory offer so it pays to haggle a bit.
I used Carole Nash for my last bike, a Honda CB1000. Paid the full year's premium, cancelled it after 2 months &  got about 30 quid back, so swore I'd never use 'em again.

Yes. I gave them a phone and they put me through to bikesure it's part of them . I can get third party for the bandit for £105 but they will not touch the trike

The only other one I've used is Whittlesey Insurance in Peterborough.
08700-660430. Can't remember what I paid, (it was for my old red Reliant trike, as featured in AWOL back in the 90s), but I know they cover big ol' V8 trikes, so might be worth a go.

I'm insured with Bikesure, they wanted to know that I lock it with a  specified type of lock - can't remember whether it's 'Sold Secure' or some other classification - but they didn't ask for a ground anchor.  £125 TPFT.

I've got a ground anchor in my lock up but none of the other local Monkeys has & I'm pretty sure they don't use specified locks.
Do you live in a particularly high risk area Ally, or are you a person of more tender years than the rest of us?  That'd bump your premium up.
