Teetering on the edge of insanity

« on: July 30, 2007, 11:58:08 AM »

Still a most pleasurable visit even after the fire which claimed around 300 bikes, most of which have now been restored to their former glory.

The only bikes that where missing where the competition bikes and the smaller cc's which the museum are trying to sort.

I've never been there either. Been to the bike show at the NEC loads of times but never got around to nipping next door to look at the proper bikes.

Went once, about a thousand years ago, with the MCC I used to belong to. My old 650 Bonny was older than some of the exhibits. Ought to go again sometime.
