had nice time at poole quay, tuesday which is bikers night. found bar called "mint" for £5 you can eat all you like you also get a soft drink, half litre. choice os lasagne, sausages, beef/onion stew, veggie pasta, salad stuff, pizza, garlic bread. you p[ay your fiver at the bar they give you a plate and it seems as long as you have the plate you can help yourself to food. 5pm til 9pm tuesdays while bike night is running.

Save some for us!  I've got a huge circular tray which could be cunningly disguised as a plate.  Grin

What you really need is the following day off!  Then you could stay the night and mosey on home in daylight next day!

It's not a matter of being afraid of the dark, just more fun riding in daylight to my way of thinking, enjoying the scenery!

I'm hoping to get down there tomorrow but it all depends on getting my new master cylinder fitted and brakes bled tomorrow - and I may be a bit shattered after a day at the Sealife Centre today with my grand-daughter!
