Not actually planning on changing my calipers Doc. The bleed nipple threads are both buggered on mine but I've used Goodrich stainless steel banjo bolts that have bleed nipples built into them & sealed the old holes with blanking bolts. We bought 2 pairs from a guy on Ebay simply cos they were cheap at 30 quid a pair & worth buying as spares or for future use.

We are hoping it will cover up the drive on the wheel we are using for my trike. If it doesn't work then we will use it as a strainer or a bird bath.

We'll just use a plug. I'm sure the birds won't mind.

Hey Taz you ever thought of using a saucepan lid to cover the drive on your wheels they come in all sizes and colours us Yorkies use them all the time and when you give the wife a the new pan she gives me much loving for the gift and you get fed when she tries out her new pan so we win all round who said us yorkies are dafft well it might be because we are tight

All our lids are glass so think that's not an option but a good idea though.

We bought 60 feet of 1" bore heavyweight ERW yesterday, plus 10 feet of 1 1/2" bore, to create Taz's new trike frame from. 200 quid. We're waiting for Doug the engineer to press the axle tubes back into the diff housing before we start mocking things up, but bent the first 2 tubes yesterday. These will form the front down tubes, running back under the engine.

We also cut the axle drive shafts, taking 4" out of them. The cut ends will be sleeved, pinned & welded back together.
