My Mother's cousin died last year (in her 80s) and I ended up with a lot of her papers. I started having a look through them today. Amongst them were these documents belonging to her Father. I thought you might be interested in seeing them.
First there is the bill of sale from 1956 for a Ford Anglia Deluxe Saloon. The car was actually £390 10s. The Purchase Tax was nearly £200 (must have been 50%). Petrol was 12s 4d but I don't know if that was a full tank! The total was £620 10s 4d with what looks like £470 10s 4d as a deposit.
There was also the insurance document for £13 5s 6d and the Warranty booklet.
There was also a service voucher but not thinking ahead, I didn't reduce my pixel size before taking the photos so it's been really difficult to get these photos under MMM's maximum. The inside of the voucher is too blurred to read.
It's alright having super duper phone cameras but not if you want to do something like this or email a photo or video it's not. I had to video a kitchen appliance that's playing up to send to their technical department. I tried to email it only to find a few seconds of video was over 80MB!
