Had to work today, but have just spent a pleasant couple of hours chatting to a friend from work over a meal in the local supermarket restaurant -her treat.
I've been suffering a lot of back pain lately -Sciattica apparently, so treated myself to a new, firmer mattress, which arrived today -I've reached the age where a good night's sleep is more exciting than a good night out! Smiley
