Great depression era collection

Photographers working for the United States Farm Security Administration (FSA) and later the Office of War Information (OWI) created the images between 1939 and 1944.

I always find those colourised photos fascinating.

Great pics. My Mum had 2 books of colour photographs of film stars in the 40s. I loved them but I always thought the colour was either added later or perhaps enriched more somehow. They seemed too perfect. I keep meaning to ask if she still has them because I haven't seen them for years. Might even be worth something as they were in excellent condition.   Cool
