Am I the only one who really can't be bothered with working in the garage at the moment?
Mr Bay Chimp called to see me the other evening, (nice to see you Bob). He'd tried my garage first because I'm always at my garage.
Well actually, I've barely ventured in there for about a month now. Not because I've had enough of my Pop -I still desperately want to get it finished, so I can get out & drive it again. I just can't can't raise the enthusiasm to go & work in there when it's cold & wet outside. I'm getting too old for garaging.
Can't wait for some warmer weather to inspire me. Trouble is, then I'll wish I'd pushed on & got the thing finished over the Winter.

I know how you feel Andy. Used to love a bit of cold spannering but thinks as I get older it's less of an option.

I'm on with building a teardrop trailer. Fortunately, here in Derby, the weather has been much better than in Basingstoke. No snow yet!

I tend to look at the weeks weather forecast and plan jobs accordingly.

This Friday, mildest day & night, is spray paint day.

Seems to work for me. But would still like a well lit and heated garage or workshop.

On the plus side, it's lighter for longer so we are getting there.

Keep the faith my friend but it needs to be enjoyable, not a chore.

Teetering on the edge of insanity

Still looking for mine, I put it down somewhere and can't find it again.
Trike needs a bit of work but I just can't be arsed at all.

Hoping to get some spray painting done on mine tomorrow as it's my day off, so got my fingers crossed for fine weather.

Too damned busy chucking stuff out to get on with anything else. Think I may have accidentally thrown my Mo Jo away. Also worried that they might start charging me at the tip, sorry , refuse recycling centre, as I've become a regular there.
