-or yesterday anyway.
For those of you who don't do FaceBook, this happened to my face.
I've been thinking about this for a while, but kept chickening out. I think once a beard goes grey it makes you look twice as old & a bit scruffy. I'm also on holiday in the States at the moment & yesterday was 95 degrees during the day. We've had torrential rain this afternoon & it's still 80 degrees tonight -so getting a little more air flow around my neck was a relief.
The main reason though is to shame myself into losing weight. Since Taz & I split up a few years ago I've been lodging with someone & have got into bad eating habits -all the wrong stuff, late at night. I've piled on weight & can't seem to lose it, so exposing my double chin to the World will hopefully push me to sort myself out. We'll see.
In holiday shirts I now look like some sort of cheap South American drug dealer.
So who's first with the insults?

You look different and it's changed the shape of your face, with your beard giving you a more oval face. I think you look great. Stick with it. I can't see a double chin either and your skin looks good too.  Cool

Smiley Several people have said that.
I'm just naturally chubby, always have been, so the main reason for doing it was to force myself to lose some weight. Lose the double chin.
It ain't working so far.
